[Explanation] The reporter learned at the scene that this "zero-tariff" aircraft was introduced by Hainan Haizhi General Aviation Co., Ltd., which operates at Jinlin Haikou Jiazi General Airport.
According to the person in charge of the company, during the import process of the AW109E helicopter, tariffs and import value-added tax are exempted from 613,000 yuan, and the reduction is about 15%.
