The specific adjustments include: Guangzhou Nansha Talent Card A card, B card holders can meet the Guangzhou City’s regulations on the total number of commercial housing purchase restrictions (2 sets for households with household registration and 1 set for singles; 1 set for non-registered households and 1 set for singles, and can provide continuous personal payment in Nansha District 1 year before the date of purchase. The purchase of housing within Nansha District under the premise of income tax payment certificate or social insurance payment certificate); the holders of Guangdong Talent Excellent Yue Card and Guangzhou Talent Green Card shall purchase housing in accordance with relevant provincial and municipal regulations.
Residents of Hong Kong and Macao who purchase commercial housing within Nansha District enjoy the same treatment as residents of Guangzhou City.
