"The Ministry of Energy of Russia, together with the FAS, approved recommendations for a temporary increase in the third quarter of 2021 in the volumes of the minimum exchange sales of motor gasoline and diesel fuel by an additional 1% to the current levels established by a joint order of the FAS and the Ministry of Energy of Russia," Ministry of Energy website

It is noted that the departments "recommend that companies take measures for the daily sale of petroleum products at exchange trading in volumes of at least 12% of motor gasoline and 8.5% of diesel fuel from the volume of their production, in compliance with the requirements for the regularity and uniformity of such sales."

Earlier it was reported that the Federal Antimonopoly Service and the Ministry of Energy continue to constantly monitor the situation in the domestic motor fuel market to maintain the fuel supply of the regions at a stable level, taking into account the need for scheduled repairs at factories, as well as in the event of emergency situations.
