Dubai Investments Company announced its readiness to hand over various projects and real estate units worth about 3.5 billion dirhams during the second half of 2021.

The company said in a statement yesterday that the properties that it will hand over include a shopping center, retail stores, offices, and two hotels in the emirates of Dubai and Fujairah.

According to the statement, these real estate units include the final phase within the commercial spaces of the Mirdif Hills project, a mixed-use project in Mirdif with a value of three billion dirhams, whose residential units the company had successfully delivered in 2020.

Dubai Investments confirmed that it will continue to work at a steady pace to complete the construction of the Spectrum Business Center in Fujairah, a mixed-use project worth 470 million dirhams, consisting of a shopping center, two “office” and “residential” towers, and a hotel.

Khalid bin Kalban, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Investments, said: "We are satisfied with the stability we witnessed in the real estate sector during the first quarter of 2021, as it is one of the most prominent sectors covered by our portfolio of investments and projects."
