Human Resources Development Service of Korea found a strange note in the belongings of member A, who was the scorer of the written test for construction safety technicians held in May.



The memo had a specific answer-writing form written on it.



Special markers related to the answer format, such as square numbers in front of headings or underlines below.



The analysis is that even an anonymized answer is a means of telling the grader who the author is.

The Corporation suspects that member A made an unfair grading with the students in advance.



Based on the re-scoring and internal investigation results, the Human Resources Development Service of Korea commissioned the Seoul Dongdaemun Police Station to investigate the scoring committee member A and five examinees.



In the 122nd test, similar allegations of improper scoring were revealed, and the police launched an investigation.



There are constant suspicions of irregular scoring in the nationally recognized highest grade qualification test that is responsible for construction site safety.
