China News Service, Hefei, August 14 (Liu Honghe and Zhang Jingping) On August 13, the construction of the first pile of the newly built Chao (Hu) Ma (Anshan) Railway Crossing the Yangtze River Taipingfu Channel Bridge, which was built by the Fourth Bureau of China Railway, started successfully. The prelude to the construction of the bridge was opened.

It is understood that the Taipingfu Channel Bridge is located 2.3 kilometers upstream of the Yangtze River Bridge in Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province, with He County on the left bank and Dangtu County on the right bank.

The bridge span is a double-tower steel truss cable-stayed bridge with a span of (56+168+392+168+56)m and a main span of 392 meters. It will become the largest ballastless track high-speed railway bridge in the world.

The bridge deck design adopts the standard of "4-lane railway + 6-lane highway". The upper layer is a two-way six-lane urban expressway with a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour; the lower four lines are Chaoma Intercity Railway and Ninghe-Ningma Railway, with a design speed of 250 kilometers per hour.

The overall construction of the channel bridge has the characteristics of super-large main span, super-high main tower, super-large diameter bored piles, large-scale engineering, high technology content, and complex construction environment.

The first pile drilled this time has a diameter of 2.8 meters and a hole depth of 60.4 meters.

The Chao-Ma Railway starts from Chaohu East Station and extends to the southeast. It crosses the Yangtze River 2.2 kilometers upstream of the Ma'anshan Yangtze River Highway Bridge. A connecting line is set to lead to Ma'an Shandong Station in the north.

The new line has a total length of 73.2 kilometers, of which the connecting line between Ma'anshan South Station and Ma'an Shandong Station is 11.8 kilometers long. The main line at the east end of Ma'anshan South Station is reserved to Lukou Airport to connect with Jiangsu Nanyanjiang Intercity Railway.

Hanshan Station, Zhengpugang Station, and Ma'anshan South Station are newly established across the line.

On August 13, the first pile of the bridge across the sub-branch channel of the Taipingfu Channel of the Yangtze River was successfully drilled in the Chaoma Second Branch of Ma'anshan, Anhui.

The Chao-Ma Railway is an important part of the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed rail network between Hefei and Shanghai, the Shanghai-Hanrong Expressway, with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour.

The Chaoma Intercity Railway is not only a direct link between Ma'anshan City and the provincial capital Hefei, but also a new high-speed rail channel from Anhui to Shanghai and other cities in the Yangtze River Delta. The development strategy is of great significance.

After completion, the travel time from Ma'anshan to Hefei is expected to be shortened to 45 minutes.

According to reports, after entering the site, the construction unit has been focusing on epidemic prevention and production with one hand. Under the premise of ensuring that all epidemic prevention measures of the project department are in place, they have stepped up the organization of production. , To fight against the epidemic, grasp the start of construction, race against the flood season, overcome difficulties such as complex geological conditions, early flood season and rapid water level rise, and actively promote the application of the four new technologies to ensure the project node schedule goal.
