From August 15 to August 25, all "small green bicycles" rental sites have been shut down and demolished in Tongzhou District.
The refund date is until December 31.
In the future, the cycling needs of citizens such as short-distance transfers and transfers will be replaced by shared bicycles.
"Little Green Bicycles" will be suspended from August 15 to August 25, and all rental sites will be powered off successively. Currently, the package purchase and recharge business functions have been closed.
A reporter from Beijing Youth Daily learned that the refund methods for the remaining days of the package purchased by users are divided into online refunds in the App and offline refunds in the window.
Mobile App users who apply for refunds will need to download and update the "Little Green Bike" App on their own from August 25. It adds a package refund function. Users can apply for package or deposit refunds by themselves; the refund application is expected to arrive on the account date 15-30 working days, citizens can check their WeChat or Alipay accounts by themselves after application.
For window refund users, starting from August 25, the card package and card deposit refund application must bring a valid certificate to the exit of Jiukeshu Metro Station, about 100 meters to the left, and the refund window in the lower courtyard of the Metro Bridge will be processed.
According to the suspension notice, the refund calculation standard for the "Little Green Bicycle" package is: package amount ÷ package days × remaining package days.
Remaining package days calculation standard: from the date of refund application to package deadline.
The window refund time is from 8:00 to 11:00 from Monday to Sunday; 13:30 to 17:00.
The refund date is until December 31, 2021.
