“Etisalat”: 15 days deadline for paying bills to subscribers

Etisalat confirmed that it allows 15 days to pay the bills issued on the first day of each month for the consumption of the previous month, so that the bills are due on the 15th day of each month.


In a statement, "Etisalat" stated that it provides sufficient opportunity for subscribers to pay their bills, before or by the due date, avoiding repeated reminders, service interruptions, and the consequent return fees of 26.25 dirhams inclusive of value-added tax.


Etisalat stated that it provides customers with many flexible payment options through the website, the My Etisalat UAE application, self-service by calling 101 or 125, and automated payment machines deployed in the country, in addition to bank applications.

And she pointed out that it notifies customers about the bills due before their due date, as well as before the procedures for cutting the service in the event of continued late payment, calling on customers to choose the “automatic payment” feature, so that bills are automatically deducted monthly from the credit card, either by paying a fixed amount, or The full amount of the invoice due.
