Banking financial institutions should summarize the pilot experience in various places in a timely manner, and accelerate the promotion of land management rights, breeding pens, large-scale breeding machinery, and live pig mortgage loans.

For pig farms (households) and slaughtering and processing enterprises that meet the credit conditions but have temporary difficulties in operating, they shall not limit, draw, or cut off loans at will.

  Improve policy insurance for live pigs.
