Produced in 1,315 copies between 1987 and 1992, the Ferrari F40 has the distinction of almost exclusively wearing the red color so dear to the brand.
However, some of these owners wanted to stand out by ordering a special livery or repainting their car.
This is the case with this one, owned by British photographer and influencer Sam Moores.
In 2014, he decided to have his F40 fully repainted in “Aqua Blue Metallic”, a color from the… Porsche color chart!
The “plus” is that it has been officially certified by Ferrari's “Classic” department, which sets it apart from a “tuned” car.
Registered "F40BLU", this Ferrari has encouraged bidders to beat it up to the incredible price of 1 million pounds, or 1.17 million euros!
