In response to this severe situation, the Operation Bureau of the National Development and Reform Commission has strengthened contacts with major power plants, closely tracking and dispatching changes in the daily supply and consumption of electricity and coal in Henan Province, and dynamically grasping the demand for guaranteed supply.

Quickly contact the National Energy Group, China Coal Group, Jinneng Holdings, Lu'an Group, Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Group, Shanxi Coking Coal Group and other key coal companies to prepare coal resources in advance and give priority to guaranteeing the supply of electricity and coal in Henan Province.

  The Operation Bureau of the National Development and Reform Commission coordinated with railway transportation companies, concentrated manpower and machinery to fully secure the transportation of electricity and coal, especially for 27 Henan power plants and 1 coal storage base to provide point-to-point precision guarantees, and strive to improve the level of coal storage in power plants. .

On July 26, the coal supply of Henan Uniform Power Plant reached 340,000 tons, which greatly exceeded the coal consumption level of that day.

In addition to Henan, in Hebei and other areas affected by rain and the Yangtze River Delta affected by typhoons, efforts have also been made to ensure the supply of electricity and coal to ensure that power plants’ inventories are at a reasonable level.
