  In the second quarter of this year, the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau conducted a special survey on the employment salary of 2021 college graduates in Beijing.

On the one hand, it provides a reference for companies to formulate reasonable salary levels for college graduates; on the other hand, it is also conducive to guiding college graduates to understand the market salary level and guide their employment psychological expectations.

  According to the "Report", the salary for recruiting graduates with a master's degree or above for technical research and professional skills in the Internet industry is as high as RMB 10,992 per month.

Among them, the salary level of college graduates in popular industries such as the Internet, finance, and electronics is relatively high, while the salary level of industries such as fast-moving consumer goods, catering, hotels, and tourism is relatively low.

  According to the survey, generally speaking, the higher the salary of graduates in the same industry and similar positions, the higher the salary level of graduates; among the graduates with the same degree in the same industry, the highest salary in technical R&D and professional skills.

  The staff in charge of the investigation emphasized that because the 2021 fresh graduates have just entered the company, they cannot effectively perform performance and bonus statistics. The salary data in this section is the basic salary given to the 2021 fresh graduates by enterprises in the Beijing area, including the basic salary and related welfare allowances.

  In addition to paying attention to the salaries of recent graduates, the survey also focused on content such as free trade zones, "hot jobs" and "skilled talents".

  The report shows that there were 26 "high and new" occupations in this quarter, and the hot jobs were mainly distributed in the high-tech, intelligent manufacturing, and biological/pharmaceutical industries.

In the second quarter of "high and new" occupations, there are 7 new occupations on the list, namely, service robot application technician, industrial vision system operation and maintenance personnel, food safety manager, failure analysis engineer, analog integrated circuit design engineer, and process improvement Engineer, sensor fusion algorithm engineer.

  Among these 26 “high and new” occupations, only 4 occupations have a median monthly salary of less than 20,000 yuan/month, and the highest median salary for natural language processing engineers is 37,164 yuan/month.

On the whole, 80% of the jobs that are hotly recruited for "high and new" jobs have a median salary of 20,000 to 30,000 yuan per month.

  The "Report" also shows that in the second quarter of this year, technical positions accounted for 35.4% of the regular hot recruitment positions, followed by business positions and sales positions, accounting for 24.5% and 20.4%, respectively, and management positions accounting for 35.4%. 13.5%.

  In the second quarter of this year, the median salaries of Beijing senior technicians, technicians, advanced skills, intermediate skills, and elementary skills were 11,222 yuan/month, 10,218 yuan/month, 10,075 yuan/month, 9610 yuan/month, and 7,292 yuan/month.

In the second quarter, the salary of skilled talents at all levels increased compared with the first quarter, among which the salary of junior skilled talents increased the most, which was 4.10%.
