In the fourth week of July, the price of pork in the national bazaar was 26.2 yuan per kilogram, down 52% year-on-year, and more than half from the highest price of 59.64 yuan in February 2020.

As of the end of June, there were 439 million live pigs, and the pork output reached 27.15 million tons in the first half of the year.

After two years of hard work, pig production has returned to normal.
