You probably understood it between the lines, it seems that unlike Lamborghini, whose "act of resistance" we referred to a few days ago, Aston Martin will begin its transition to 100% electric.

Tobias Moers, the boss of the brand, has indeed announced that the replacements for the DB11 and Vantage would be 100% electric models.

And we are not talking about a very distant project, since the first of these replacements (we do not yet know which one) is already on the 2025 calendar. This future model will benefit from the close links between Aston and Mercedes, and should therefore receive a transmission electric close to that of the EQS, as well as a range of some 600 km.

By then, Aston Martin will have started its electrification process.

We've talked about the Valhalla's hybrid drivetrain here before, and the brand announces that there will be another mid-engined hybrid Aston positioned below it.

We also know that the DBX SUV will soon be available in a plug-in hybrid version.
