The overall growth forecast for Asian developing economies has been lowered.

　　The Asian Development Bank pointed out that due to the return of the new crown epidemic, the recovery of some economies in the Asian region has slowed down. The economic growth rate of developing Asian countries is expected to be 7.2% this year, slightly lower than the previous forecast of 7.3%.

　　In terms of regions, the recovery of newly industrialized economies such as China and South Korea is stronger than expected. The economic growth forecast for East Asia in 2021 has been revised up from 7.4% in April to 7.5%; the growth forecast for Central Asia this year is expected to increase from 3.4% in April.
