The Guangxi Free Trade Office stated that the Guangxi Pilot Free Trade Zone played a pioneering role, strengthened cooperation with local governments where each area is located, and jointly cultivated new business forms and models of cross-border e-commerce, and achieved fruitful results.
Nanning and Chongzuo were successively approved as national cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot areas, and Qinzhou was approved as a cross-border e-commerce retail import pilot city.
Enterprises launching cross-border e-commerce in the Guangxi Pilot Free Trade Zone have unique advantages such as preferential policies, efficient customs clearance, and convenient logistics.
At the beginning of last year, six departments including the Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the "Notice on Expanding the Pilot Program of Cross-border E-commerce Retail Imports", which created opportunities for the development of cross-border e-commerce.
The Guangxi Pilot Free Trade Zone implements policy guidance to support the development of cross-border e-commerce, and provides financial support for the construction of cross-border e-commerce trading platforms registered and operated in the area, enterprises with large export quotas, and overseas warehouses.

At present, the average customs clearance capacity of international mail and cross-border e-commerce has reached 1 million pieces per day.
The Chongzuo area declares cross-border e-commerce business in the form of "simplified declaration, list approval, and summary statistics", simplifying the declaration procedures, and realizes that 500,000 orders can be declared one hour after the simplified declaration, which greatly saves time and labor costs.
