Emergency management departments and fire rescue agencies in various regions have conducted self-examinations, municipal cross-checks, provincial spot checks, and land-use collaborations, and linkages between the top and bottom, and carried out investigations on more than 22,000 major hazards from 7,317 major hazard companies for hazardous chemicals.
