The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport recently prepared a bill to revise the Apartment Housing Management Act and made a notice of legislation, and for occupants who violated this, the head of the local government investigates the facts and issues a correction order. Failure to do so may result in a fine of up to 10 million won.
