In the "Lanzhou Business Conference" in 2015, Song Xiaoxia discovered business opportunities from the "Lecuntao" e-commerce platform. She and her husband also visited the company's headquarters in Shanxi several times.

After the inspection, with the support of Zhuanglang County Women's Federation and the Bureau of Commerce, Song Xiaoxia raised 500,000 yuan, built the first "Lecuntao" experience store in the county and opened the "Lecuntao" e-commerce platform.

In order to expand the market, while operating the county experience store, Song Xiaoxia and his employees have visited almost all administrative villages in the county.

At the beginning, most rural shops had doubts, but the convenience and practicality of "Lecuntao" gradually dispelled the doubts in the villagers' minds, and some shops began to join in.

She has developed 283 offline experience stores, almost covering the entire county's administrative villages.

The establishment of Lecun Tao’s offline experience store solves many problems that ordinary people cannot go online, cannot pay, dare not shop online, and after-sales. The store uses the "O2O" two-way model to provide farmers with agricultural supplies, household appliances, and Japanese products. They brought in department stores and other items, sold local specialties and handicrafts to the cities, and helped farmers increase their income.

Song Xiaoxia, who has four years of e-commerce entrepreneurial experience, continues to improve online operations, including product types, promotion and packaging, teamwork, and the maximum use of e-commerce resources.

Song Xiaoxia noticed that after the Spring Festival every year, the harvest of agricultural products slows down, and there are not many new products on the e-commerce platform.

"At this time, you can make some processed products and use e-commerce resources for sales." She said.

During the Spring Festival of 2017, Song Xiaoxia estimated the amount of lantern transactions during the local New Year's purchase period, "there are more than 40,000." After this discovery, she began to understand lantern making and searched for specialized craftsmen on the Internet.

So, she got on the train alone, inquired and searched, and finally began to "apprentice to learn art" in a small village in Hebei.

"This village has a large processing plant, and almost every household has people who make lanterns. They take care of their homes when they are busy, and in their spare time they lay steel wires, set the cloth and set the shape, and hang the beard..." In order to fully grasp the techniques of making palace lanterns, she ate and lived in the local area. In the first few months, the more you learn the craftsmanship, the more you become familiar with the people in the village.

"This'learning art' trip has gained a lot. It not only can make lanterns completely, but also draws lessons from the model of driving the villagers to get rich." After more than a year of market investigation and preliminary preparations, Song Xiaoxia had a construction company in Diaogou Village and Wolong Town. The palace lantern production "women poverty alleviation workshop" covers an area of more than 5,000 square meters.

At the end of 2019, Song Xiaoxia found that more lanterns were purchased through the Lecun Tao Experience Store. She thought that the craftsmanship of palace lanterns is simple, and it is very suitable for middle-aged women who have no culture and can't live without home.

I deliberately check the origin and production methods of palace lanterns online.

She said that the workshop produces more than 20 kinds of palace lanterns.

Through online sales channels, they are mainly sold to some scenic spots, local lighting and some commercial companies, and 300,000 orders have been completed this year.

Now, more than 170 poor women in the village go to work in the workshop. Employees can commute to and from get off work by themselves according to the actual situation of their families, and their wages are calculated by piece.

"Employees can get around 2,000 yuan a month."

The construction of the palace lantern production poverty alleviation workshop has enabled many poor women to find jobs at their doorsteps, realizing the three correctness of housekeeping, farming, and working, so as to increase income, get rid of poverty, and become wealthy.

Because the poverty alleviation effect is obvious and the driving force is very strong, Song Xiaoxia's palace lantern factory has become a training base for poverty alleviation workshops in Gansu Province, and there is an endless stream of people who come to visit. "Sisters are all good." She said.
