The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security issued a notice on the 12th, stating that the qualifications of the 7 people who falsified the materials for setting up points, including Cai XX, were canceled in the current year and for the next 5 years.

The notice pointed out that in the points settlement work from 2019 to 2020, 7 applicants were found to have fraudulent behaviors in the points settlement materials. Among them, Cai XX, Tao XX, Wang XX, Liu XX, and Chen XX falsely declared and used invalid marriages. Relationship certificate, Yao XX provides forged family planning certificates, and Li provides correction certificates for forged citizenship numbers.
In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of applicants, strictly declare the discipline, in accordance with the "Beijing Administrative Measures for the Settlement of Points" (Jingzheng Banfa [2020] No. 9), and the "Detailed Rules for the Operation and Management of Beijing's Points Settlement" (Developed and issued by the Beijing People’s Agency) 2020] No. 8) stipulates that the above-mentioned 7 persons shall be dealt with for dishonesty. The handling situation is now notified as follows:
The eligibility of 7 people such as Cai Moumou, Tao Moumou, Wang Moumou, Liu Moumou, Chen Moumou, Yao Moumou, and Li Moumou for the current year and the following 5 years shall be cancelled, and the above-mentioned information shall be recorded in accordance with the relevant regulations of this city.
