China News Service, Beijing, July 6 (Reporter Pang Wuji) The "June National Housing Index Report" released by 58.com and Anjuke on the 6th showed that in June, the interest in finding new homes in China fell by 3.7% month-on-month. Housing popularity fell by 8.3% month-on-month, the largest decline among all tier cities.

  The report shows that there was a slight fluctuation in the popularity of new houses in June.

Among them, first-tier cities fell 8.3% month-on-month in housing search interest, second-tier cities fell 2.9% month-on-month, third- and fourth-tier cities fell 3.3%.

That month, the top six cities with active housing search were mainly second- and third-tier cities, namely Linyi, Shenyang, Nanchang, Zhengzhou, Zhuhai and Anshan.

  Judging from the data on the behavior of home buyers, the report shows that the confidence index of home buyers in June was 106.6, down 4.35% from the previous month, which was at a relatively low level in recent months.

  From the perspective of online new house prices, in June, the average online price of new houses in 65 cities monitored by the country was 17,406 yuan (RMB, the same below) per square meter, a slight decrease of 0.05% from the previous month; in the same month, the price of new houses in about half of the cities rose from the previous month.

In terms of different cities, the average online price of new homes in Shenzhen remained the top in June, at 53230 yuan per square meter. The average online prices of new homes in Shanghai and Beijing ranked second and third with 50,714 yuan and 46740 yuan per square meter respectively. The price returned to the level of more than 30,000 yuan per square meter, reaching 33,722 yuan per square meter.

  Listed prices of second-hand houses in major cities rose slightly from the previous month.

In June, the average listed price of second-hand houses in 65 major cities across the country was 16,941 yuan per square meter, an increase of 0.77% from the previous month. In 50 of the 65 cities, the listed prices of second-hand houses increased from the previous month.

The average listing price of second-hand houses in Beijing, Shenzhen and Shanghai remained stable at more than 50,000 yuan per square meter.

In June 2021, the confidence index of second-hand housing brokers was 105.6, a drop of 2.6% from the previous month.
