A joint study conducted by the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority and Strategy Middle East, a subsidiary of the PwC Network, under the title “Building the Future of Digital Government Services”, revealed that the revolution brought about by digital technologies in the field of government services and customer service, especially in light of the customers’ need for proactive services. and specialized that are provided and obtained with minimum requirements and in the least possible time, requiring service providers in the public and private sectors to adopt digital solutions in their businesses as quickly as possible to keep pace with these changes.

According to the study, government agencies should strive to build a digital government that is flexible, enabling private sector companies, for example, to obtain the required approvals and permits in a digital way without the need to conduct transactions in the traditional way.

The Executive Director of the Government Services Sector at the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority, Aisha Ibrahim Al Marzouqi, said in a statement yesterday, "The (Tamm) platform was launched to be a single and integrated destination for all digital services in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, as this platform was developed based on an integrated system of initiatives and digital enablers.
