A company in Dubai launches a skyscraper worth one billion dirhams
Deyaar Real Estate Development Company announced today the launch of the Dhs1 billion Regalia skyscraper project in the Business Bay area of Dubai, noting that construction operations will start next August, while the project is scheduled to be completed in 2024.
The company stated in a statement that the luxury apartments in the new 70-storey residential tower will contain smart home technologies, such as control functions compatible with smartphones, and a wide range of amenities and entertainment, such as a huge outdoor swimming pool, private family cabins and Jacuzzi, in addition to A modern family gym, yoga suite, as well as other facilities including an outdoor area for cinema screenings.
The tower also contains social facilities, such as a barbecue area, special dining areas, a special hall for residents, a business center, as well as indoor and outdoor play areas for children, as these facilities are intertwined with green landscapes and seating areas.
