Yesterday, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than one billion dirhams.
According to the daily report of the actions issued by the department, 266 pledges of allegiance were recorded, worth 517.86 million dirhams, of which 19 pledged allegiance to lands with a value of 115.53 million dirhams, and 247 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with a value of 402.33 million dirhams, while mortgages recorded a value of 441.41 million dirhams, while gifts witnessed the registration of 27 gifts with a value of 47.94 million dirhams.
The most important land sales worth AED 46 million in the "Island 2" area, followed by a pledge of 13 million dirhams in the Al Barsha South Third area.
"Al-Habibiya Al-Thirth" topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, with five transactions worth 21 million dirhams.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 22 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area was the most important, followed by a pledge of 21 million dirhams in the Al-Markadh area.
Al-Markadh topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 58 pledges of 75 million dirhams, followed by Dubai Marina with 21 pledges of 42 million dirhams.
