Official data of the Dubai Land Department revealed that the Emirati investor is the leading Arab investor and the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council in buying real estate in Dubai, with 2,688 investments owned by 2,298 investors, worth 4.83 billion dirhams, followed by the Saudi investor with 447 investments by 370 investors, with a value of 720 million dirhams.

The department’s data on the list of nationalities who invested the most in Dubai real estate since the beginning of 2021 until the end of May 2021 indicated that 11,280 investors from 10 nationalities pumped 21.8 billion dirhams into 12,890 purchases of various properties in various regions of Dubai from the beginning of the year until the end of last May.

The same data showed that the Indian nationality topped the list of the highest foreign nationalities investing in terms of the number of investments, as the number of investments by Indian investors reached 4,322 investments by 3,831 investors, with a value of 6.07 billion dirhams, and then the British nationality with 1223 investments owned by 1144 investors, with a value of 2.99 billion dirhams, followed by France with 934 investments for 867 investors, with a value of 1.3 billion dirhams.
