government has raised the target for this year's economic growth rate to 4.2%, 1 percentage point higher than the original. From August, if you spend 3% more than the average monthly credit card usage from April to June, 10% of the increased amount will be returned as card points.

For example, if the average monthly expenditure in the second quarter was 1 million won, but you spent 1.53 million won in August, you will get 50,000 won back.

This is a consumption promotion measure of about 1 trillion won, which will last for three months until October.

You can get a refund of up to 100,000 won per person per month and up to 300,000 won for three months.

This applies to both credit and debit cards, and the amount used for multiple cards is also counted. However, as this is a policy aimed at saving small business owners, expenses for use at department stores and large marts or for buying expensive items such as cars are excluded.

Consumption coupons are also used according to the vaccination rate. This will resume, and new coupons will be added.

By August, if the primary vaccination rate exceeds 50%, 6,000 won per movie ticket and 30,000 won per month for indoor sports facilities will be provided.

When it exceeds 70% at the end of September, it is decided to resume the use of accommodation and tourism coupons worth up to 40,000 won and to support the recovery of domestic tourism by creating a half-price coupon for rail and bus fares.

The outline of the second supplementary budget plan, including the disaster relief fund, which the party government is tug-of-war over whether to give to all citizens or to give away some of the top incomes, is expected to be finalized this week.
