The white paper comprehensively displays the achievements of the first anniversary of the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port, and comprehensively elaborates the main policies and major measures of Hainan to promote the construction of the free trade port in the past year.
The white paper includes a foreword, main text, and appendices, with a total of 65,318 words.
Among them, the text is divided into three parts: "Central care and departmental support, Hainan's exploration and practice, and the implementation of the "Overall Plan"", focusing on free and convenient trade, investment, free and convenient cross-border capital flow, and free and easy access , Free and convenient transportation, safe and orderly flow of data, modern industrial system, taxation system, social governance, rule of law construction, risk prevention and control and other eleven aspects describe the implementation of relevant policies and systems determined in the "Overall Plan".
