Created in 1997, Bleu Libellule, whose head office is located between Montpellier and Nîmes, now has 1,000 employees and 200 stores throughout France.
"Our company has been developing for several years. We open between 20 and 25 stores per year. We therefore create approximately 100 jobs per year. There are people in stores, but also those in the logistics department to supply the stores", detailed Cécile Gelly, the HR Director of Bleu Libellule.
Among the next planned store openings: in Tahiti, but also in Italy.

Objective: develop work-study
"We mainly recruit salespeople, managers, and order pickers, but we also have an HR manager position, sales forecasters and logistics," she continued.
The positions to be filled are on permanent contracts.
But Bleu Libellule also wants to focus on work-study programs.
"The model we would like to achieve is a work-study program per store. We want to accelerate our development. These young people, when they are trained with us, are potential managers at the end of their studies. Given the technical nature of our profession. , it's a godsend, ”concluded Cécile Gelly.
