In the program "La France bouge" Wednesday on Europe 1, Amandine Braillard, HRD France of Payfit, presented the 500 positions currently offered by the company specializing in the digitization of payroll and human resources.

Positions which are 90% in CDI.

Hire 500 people before 2022, including 320 in France in 2021: this is the goal that Payfit has set itself in terms of recruitment.

Founded 5 years ago, the specialized company has developed software for digitizing everything related to payroll and human resources.

"These positions are spread over all of our departments: products, sales, HR ...", explains to the microphone of "La France bouge" the HRD France of Payfit, Amandine Braillard.

90% permanent

"We are particularly looking for developers, designers, but also pre-sales and field sales representatives in many cities in France," she adds.

Not to mention people in marketing, finance, or even in the legal sector.

These positions, 90% of which are permanent, are intended for both seniors and junior profiles.

"[The chosen course] is not essential for us, since we have a real training policy internally, especially for our young graduates, so that they can develop with us."
