The new maintenance facility was inaugurated by Jaafar Daoud, Senior Vice President of dnata for Air Carrier Services, along with representatives from Cobus Industry, the global airport bus manufacturer.

Daoud said, "Over the past 30 months, the Emirates Group has invested in 140 new COBUS passenger buses to ensure that passenger transport operations at Dubai airports operate at the highest international standards."

He added: “We are pleased to expand the maintenance base to improve the efficiency and quality of our technical services to support the care and maintenance of these assets.”
