　　Zhang Guohua introduced at the press conference that since March 2020, the province has maintained positive growth of reproductive sows for 15 consecutive months. 　　The reporter learned that Jilin Province has established a “through train” system for the director of the department and a guarantee system for major pig counties. Several departments in the province have jointly issued 7 policy documents to implement the national pig transfer incentives, loan interest discounts, and subsidies for major pig counties. The large-scale breeding farm construction subsidy and other funds are 180 million yuan, which greatly protects and mobilizes the production enthusiasm of breeding and processing enterprises.

　　According to Zhang Guohua, it is estimated that by the end of June, the number of live pigs in Jilin Province will reach 11 million, a year-on-year increase of 35.4%.

"As of the end of the first quarter of this year, Jilin Province had 3.975 million live pigs for slaughter, a year-on-year increase of 28.5%, ranking first among the three northeastern provinces. It is estimated that by the end of June, the province has 8.95 million live pigs for slaughter, a year-on-year increase of 31.5%."

　　According to the reporter's understanding, the foot-and-mouth disease immunization zone in Jilin Province has been operating safely and stably for 43 months, and no African swine fever has occurred in 31 months.

Four companies including COFCO, Muyuan, Sino-Singapore Zhengda and Jingqishen have reached the national standards for the construction of African swine fever-free communities.

The pig "Gong e Gong" livestock product quality and safety traceability system developed and promoted by the province has taken the lead in implementing the edible animal product electronic certification system in the country, and the reputation of livestock product quality and safety has been significantly improved.
