The reporter learned from the China Railway Electrification Bureau on the 16th that the first batch of catenary pillars that arrived this time were produced and manufactured by China Railway Electrification Bureau Industrial Company. There are 10 types and a total weight of more than 40 tons.
The products are produced in strict accordance with the high-standard production of the Yawan high-speed rail contact network design plan and technical parameters, using industrial robot programming technology, using a series of digital machining equipment such as three-dimensional drills, flame cutting robot arms, and CNC laser cutting machines to automatically complete the structure. The key production and manufacturing links such as blanking, cutting, assembly and welding of parts have realized high-precision automated production of high-speed rail steel structural pillars.
At the same time, in view of the warm and humid climate characteristics of Southeast Asia, the surface of the catenary pillars is sprayed with metal fluorocarbon paint after being sandblasted and galvanized. The spraying standard has reached the highest anti-corrosion grade requirement in the "Technical Conditions for Steel Structure Anti-corrosion Painting", which is effective Improve the anti-corrosion performance of the product, and provide a fundamental guarantee for the construction of the Yawan high-speed railway electrification system.
In May of this year, China Railway High-speed Railway Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Railway Electrification Bureau, made Chinese standard "simplified" catenary equipment for the first time out of the country, exported from Shanghai Port to Indonesia along the "Belt and Road" countries, helping Yawan The construction of high-speed rail provides a more reliable guarantee for the safety and stability of the high-speed rail traction power supply system.
In addition, the transformers, voltage regulators and other high-speed rail power supply and transformation equipment currently being produced by China Railway Electrification Bureau will be sent to the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed rail site one after another in accordance with the established requirements.
The first phase of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed rail line is 142 kilometers long, connecting the Indonesian capital Jakarta and the fourth largest city Bandung, with a maximum design speed of 350 kilometers per hour.
After completion, the travel time between Jakarta and Bandung will be shortened from the current three hours to 40 minutes.
