courier union, which has been on an indefinite strike since the 9th, is scheduled to hold a rally this afternoon at Yeouido Park in Seoul with thousands of union members participating.

Through this homeless rally scheduled for two days and one night, the courier union plans to demand the complete implementation of the first social agreement that the parcel delivery company will take care of the sorting work.

The possibility of a physical collision cannot be ruled out as the police have announced that they will proceed with disbandment in accordance with related laws and strictly respond if the quarantine rules are violated.

Post office delivery workers who occupied the first floor of the Yeouido Post Office building in Seoul are also holding a demonstration for the second day.

The courier union called for the government's intervention, saying that the Postal Service Headquarters, a national public institution, is not making more social efforts to solve the sorting problem than private courier companies.

In the midst of this, negotiations between the courier company, the agency association, and the parcel delivery union are being held at the National Assembly today and tomorrow to reach a second social consensus.

In the negotiation, we plan to clearly set the timing for the delivery of sorting personnel or burden the cost, and discuss measures to compensate for wages in response to the decrease in parcel delivery volume.

As the delivery strike continues for a long time, the post office warns of possible delays in parcel delivery and stops receiving parcel delivery services through mobile Internet and call centers.
