Chinanews.com, Beijing, June 11 (Reporter Zhao Jianhua) The third "Youth Tax Law Class" jointly launched by the State Administration of Taxation and the Ministry of Education will be available on the National Youth Tax Law Network of the Ministry of Education and the "Youth Tax Law School" in July. The special website was launched and pushed to primary and secondary schools nationwide.

According to the State Administration of Taxation, since the launch of the Youth Tax Law Classroom in 2018, more than 26 million elementary and middle school teachers and students have learned and watched online, which has won praise from all walks of life.

"The Youth Tax Law Class" is an innovative measure of the State Administration of Taxation to promote the "Tax Law on Campus".

By creating model courses with rich knowledge and novel formats, the awareness and influence of tax law among young students will be enhanced.

Recently, the third "National Youth Tax Law Education Class" was held in Beijing Shangdi Experimental School.

Xie Wen, Director of the Goods and Labor Tax Department of the State Administration of Taxation, told the students the story of Chinese taxation with the theme of "Understanding my country's Value Added Tax".

In the class, Xie Wen introduced the taxation history of our country since the founding of the party one hundred years ago, and borrowed a small "invoice" to stimulate students' interest in VAT learning, and then from "first knowledge of value-added tax" to "what does my country's value-added tax look like" The four aspects of "appreciating value-added tax up close" and "what can I do for taxation" have kept the students closer to taxation, and vividly explained the knowledge of value-added tax.

Xie Wen also combined with examples around him to encourage young people to be tax law compliancers, supervisors and promoters.

Xie Wen hopes that this activity can plant the seeds of paying taxes according to law and honesty in the hearts of young people, and become law-abiding taxpayers.

After learning about VAT, the students expressed their thoughts.

Some said, “You must use the Internet to learn about taxation in your spare time”; some said, “You must supervise your parents and people around you in your life to actively pay taxes”; others said, “You must take the initiative to issue invoices and say no to tax evasion. ".
