According to the amendment to the law, if illegal creditors have previously been subjected to administrative responsibility for the illegal issuance of loans, and the amount of loans issued to them exceeds 2 million 250 thousand rubles, then they will face a fine (from 300 thousand rubles to 1 million rubles or the salary of a convict for a period of two to four years), or compulsory work for up to 480 hours, or imprisonment for up to three years with the deprivation of the right to hold certain positions for a similar period.

It is noted that the creditor can be released from criminal liability, subject to compensation for the damage caused, as well as transfer of compensation to the budget.

It must amount to twice the amount of damage.
