  One is to further shorten the time limit for refunds of civil aviation tickets.

The main goal: to achieve a "second refund" when refunding tickets purchased through airline direct sales channels.

  The second is to better meet the needs of passengers for charging handheld mobile devices at the airport.

The main goal: to add charging facilities in multiple channels and ways in the departure terminal, boarding gate and other areas of the airport to provide charging services for passengers' handheld charging equipment and eliminate charging blind spots.

  The fourth is to improve the construction level of civil aviation barrier-free environment.

Main goal: To carry out a special action for the construction of barrier-free environment, to issue guidance on promoting the construction of barrier-free environment at the airport, and to provide more humane airport barrier-free services for passengers with special needs such as the disabled, the elderly, children, mothers and infants, and all other passenger groups surroundings.

  The fifth is to promote the planning and construction of airport aviation viewing facilities.

Main objectives: To compile and publish the "Guidelines for the Planning and Construction of Aviation Observation Facilities in Civil Airports" to enhance the travel experience of passengers, meet the viewing needs of aviation enthusiasts, and promote the popularization of aviation knowledge and the spread of aviation culture.

  The sixth is to improve maternal and child services in public areas of the airport.

Main objectives: Implement the relevant requirements of the "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Maternal and Infant Room Facilities" and "Notice on the Establishment of Maternal and Infant Rooms in Airports", further improve the facilities and equipment of the maternal and infant rooms, and strive to create an independent, tidy and warm mother and baby space .
