French operator of hosted services, Adista is currently seeking to recruit new employees, on permanent and work-study contracts.

The company's HRD, Alexia Amand, detailed on Friday in "La France bouge" on Europe 1 her latest job offers.

Every Wednesday and every Friday, Europe 1 gives the floor to a company that recruits massively in France in order to support young people entering the labor market.

This time, it's Adista, a hosted services operator, looking to hire.

This company has 750 employees working in 35 agencies in France.

Each year, it recruits around 100 people as well as 20 to 30 work-study students, with the aim of hiring them on permanent contracts at the end of their contract.

"We have an extremely ambitious policy of recruiting work-study trainees. This year, we are looking for around thirty to ensure their training, integrate them into our teams and participate in our growth", explains Alexia Amand, HR Director of Adista, at the microphone of

Adista is looking for candidates "passionate about tech"

Adista's activities are divided into four main areas: information system integrator, telecom operator, cloud operator and digital factory.

And the positions to be filled are varied, specifies Alexia Amand.

"We are not looking for specific profiles. We have offers for system and network administrators, developers, cybersecurity experts, salespeople, IT expert technicians, managers… It's really diverse."

The HRD describes his company as "innovative" and is looking for new collaborators "curious" and "passionate about tech".

The agency to which the candidates will be attached can be adapted to the location of the candidates.

And the option of teleworking will always be on the table at the start of the school year.
