With the reopening of sports halls on Wednesday, many subscribers will be able to find their favorite club. Among the most established chains in France: Fitness Park. These are 250 sports halls throughout France, which began to open in 2009. The brand now generates 250 million euros in turnover. It employs around 1,000 people for 700,000 members. With the decline of the health crisis, Fitness Park should resume rapid development, since before the pandemic the chain could open up to 40 new clubs per year. To support the recovery, Fitness Park therefore wants to hire 50 permanent contracts and 100 apprenticeship contracts.

Work-study programs leading to permanent contracts

Fitness Park is looking for work-study students to fill club and sales manager positions.

"These are rewarding and ambitious missions, which respond to a desire to support them in their learning and training," she underlines.

"There is a desire, at the end of this work-study program, to recruit them on permanent contracts, this is our objective", adds Géraldine Achain.

As for the 50 permanent contracts available, they concern similar jobs, but also support function positions to be filled within the head office, in the Paris region, with profiles ranging from bac + 2 to bac + 5.
