Our Home, a food company, held a general meeting of shareholders and a board of directors one after another today and passed the bill of dismissal of Vice Chairman Bon-seong Koo.

Ji-eun Gu, the younger sister, and former CEO of Calico, has been appointed as the new CEO.

Our Home's largest shareholder is Vice Chairman Koo Bon-seong with a 38.6% stake, but the three sisters, who own 59.6% of the stake, joined forces to take over the management rights.

Our Home is a company separated from the LG family by Koo Ja-hak, the third son of the late LG Group Chairman Koo In-hoe.

In 2017, I went through a 'sibling rebellion' once.

It started when the youngest daughter, Ji-eun Koo, the youngest daughter, who had received management lessons, was pushed out as a subsidiary due to the participation of her older brother, Bon-seong Koo, who put forward the principle of 'firstborn succession'.

The eldest daughter in the 'casting boat' was on the side of her older brother, Vice President Koo, at the time, but this time she raised the hand of her younger sister, Ji-eun Koo.

It is analyzed that it was influenced by the fact that Vice Chairman Koo was recently sentenced to prison for 'retaliatory driving' and caused a social scandal.

Vice Chairman Koo was charged with retaliatory driving in September last year, damaging an opponent's vehicle and collided with the driver, injuring two weeks before the war.

The court of first instance sentenced the former vice president to six months in prison and two years of probation.

In addition, the poor performance of Ourhome recorded a net loss of 14.8 billion won on a consolidated basis in the first half of last year, also narrowing the position of Vice Chairman Koo.
