According to reports, illegal acts such as false invoices and fraudulent export tax rebates have seriously disrupted the normal economic order and endangered the country’s rule of law and social fairness and justice. These are the focus of the tax authorities' severe crackdowns.

Since August 2018, the State Administration of Taxation, in conjunction with the Ministry of Public Security, the General Administration of Customs, and the People’s Bank of China, has jointly organized a special campaign to combat fraudulent tax fraud.

Under the deterrence of the special action, people voluntarily surrendered themselves, effectively curbing the rampant momentum of fraudulent tax fraud.

According to reports, the special action focuses on “fake enterprises” that do not have actual business operations but only for false invoices, “fake exports” that do not have actual exports just for fraudulent tax rebates, and “fake declarations” that do not have the conditions to fraudulently obtain tax incentives. Use data Advantages carry out risk analysis, screen out fraudulent tax fraud cases, and focus on investigation and punishment.

Fu Liping, Deputy Director of the Inspection Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation: Close departmental collaboration and strike a combo box.

The taxation department, together with the public security, customs, and the People's Bank of China, formed a multi-level and cross-departmental joint task force, and successively launched 9 batches of concentrated combat operations.

Keeping an eye on the false issuance of electronic invoices, and achieving "should hit the spot", many cases of falsely issuing electronic ordinary invoices and special invoices have been successfully solved.
