Along with expanding property tax reduction benefits and housing for homeless people We also decided to expand the mortgage loan ratio and the preferential range of LTV.

In order to help the common people and end users to find their own home, we decided to expand the preferential range of LTV by up to 20%p, which is an additional 10%p from the current 10%p.

We also decided to increase the preferential conditions for speculation and overheated areas from 600 million to 900 million won based on housing prices, and 500 to 800 million won or less for adjustment target areas by 300 million won each.

However, the party's opinion and the government's proposal were divided on the easing of the taxation tax, which was widely disagreeed within the party.

The Democratic Party proposed a proposal to raise the tax base from the current 900 million won to 1.2 billion won and limit the subject of taxation to the'top 2%'.

The party government decided to hold an additional public hearing and decide on a final draft next month.

At the same time, we decided to speed up the supply, such as building an additional 10,000 houses for young people and newlyweds.
