The automotive equipment and maintenance professional, Norauto, is recruiting 1,000 young people, in work-study and seasonal jobs for the summer and the start of the 2021 school year. Positions are to be filled throughout France.

The Norauto brand, specializing in rapid automobile repairs, maintenance and equipment, is recruiting 1,000 young people for the summer and the start of the 2021 school year. For these future recruits, 500 alternations and 500 summer jobs will be opened.

"On the work-study part, we have made 350 hires so there are still 150, knowing that we are really open to taking more. And in terms of summer jobs, our objective was a little low so we have it. increased to 700 new hires. This concerns our 400 centers in France, in all regions, "explains Stéphane Wilmotte.
According to him, no prior skills are required because the candidates will be trained in-house.
“When you arrive in the company there is a training course, so you can be on the side of the salespeople, or if the person has mechanical skills, on the side of the workshop. salespeople in our stores, ”he says.
The effect of confinement and the approaching summer vacation
As for summer jobs, this generally concerns students who wish to continue their studies.
But Stéphane Wilmotte is categorical: for young people who would like to stay after this first experience, the brand will gladly keep them.
"We will of course take them on permanent contracts because we have been in a hiring process for several years," he continued.
Despite the health crisis, the group wants to maintain this rate of growth and is counting on several phenomena.
First of all, containment and cars that have been in the garage for too long and need to be maintained.
