Anne-Sophie Chambon, HR Director Europe and Asia-Pacific of Dataiku, spoke on Europe 1 about the profiles sought to fill 200 positions within the various teams of the company, specializing in software.

They are partly young graduates.

Every Wednesday and every Friday, Europe 1 gives the floor to a company that recruits massively in France, in order to support young people entering the labor market.

This time, it is the Dataiku platform that is looking to hire.

Based in Paris, New York, London, Singapore, Sydney and Frankfurt, Dataiku is a software company that provides artificial intelligence platforms to its clients.

It currently has 650 employees worldwide, including 260 in France. 

Dataiku is now seeking to recruit around 200 new employees, mostly attached to its French office, with varied profiles, interns as well as experienced employees, explained Wednesday at the microphone of

All types of positions and profiles

"We want to hire to advance our business," she emphasizes.

Dataiku provides artificial intelligence platforms to companies to enable them to carry out new projects.

"Our role is to optimize the services and products of our customers, which range from the automotive company which wants to optimize its production chain to the banking company which wishes to better detect fraud."

The positions offered are very varied since Dataiku is looking for both salespeople capable of supporting its clients, marketing, finance and human resources specialists.

Technical profiles of developers and data scientists are also welcome.

"We are recruiting because today customers are asking for new functionalities. We are also addressing other markets with new customers", specifies Anne-Sophie Chambon.

The positions concerned are mainly attached to the French office of Dataiku.

"We are flexible on the location of employees, provided they can come to the office from time to time."
