International hotel groups expand into the Emirati hospitality market

International hospitality groups, during their participation in the Arab Travel Market 2021, announced their expansion in the UAE market, and Dubai in particular.

Those global groups specializing in hospitality emphasized that launching these brands in Dubai and expanding in the emirate is ideal, noting that Dubai is a thriving destination that attracts travelers on leisure and business trips.

These international groups included: the "NH" brand, which will open its first hotel, "NH Dubai The Palm" in the Middle East in Dubai, and "Marriott International", which announced the "Aloft Al Mina Dubai" hotel, and "Element Al Mina Dubai", while Curtin Hospitality intends to open two eco-resorts in Ras Al-Khaimah.

NH Hotels

"NH" Hotels announced its first hotel in the Middle East, in Dubai, pointing to the launch of the "NH Dubai The Palm" hotel, which is currently in the final stages of development.

And she confirmed in a statement that the new hotel, consisting of 533 hotel rooms, will open its doors in December 2021, detailing that the building consists of 14 floors, and includes 227 rooms and suites, in addition to 306 hotel apartments.

She explained that "NH Dubai The Palm", which is located in "Palm Jumeirah", is a luxurious international tourist attraction, and will be part of the luxurious "Seven" hotel and apartments in "Palm Jumeirah", which in turn is a mixed-use project consisting of a hospitality tower and a tower.
