The month-on-month increase in the sales price of newly-built commercial residential buildings in various tier cities increased slightly, and the month-on-month increase in second-hand residential buildings remained unchanged.

  According to estimates, in April, the sales price of newly built commercial residential buildings in four first-tier cities rose by 0.6% month-on-month, an increase of 0.2 percentage points from the previous month.

Among them, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen rose 0.6%, 0.3%, 1.1% and 0.5% respectively.

The sales price of second-hand housing increased by 0.8% month-on-month, 0.2 percentage points lower than the previous month.

Among them, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou rose 1.2%, 0.9% and 1.2%, respectively, while Shenzhen remained flat.

The sales prices of newly-built commercial housing and second-hand housing in 31 second-tier cities increased by 0.6% and 0.5% respectively from the previous month, an increase of 0.1 percentage points on average over the previous month.

The sales price of newly built commercial housing in 35 third-tier cities increased by 0.4% month-on-month, an increase of 0.1 percentage points from the previous month; the sales price of second-hand housing increased by 0.3% month-on-month, the same as the previous month.

The year-on-year increase in the sales price of newly-built commercial housing in various tiers of cities continued to expand, and the year-on-year increase in second-hand housing increased and decreased.

  According to estimates, in April, the sales price of newly-built commercial housing in first-tier cities rose by 5.8% year-on-year, an increase of 0.6 percentage points from the previous month; the sales price of second-hand housing rose by 11.3% year-on-year, and the increase was 0.1 percentage points lower than the previous month.

The sales prices of new commercial housing and second-hand housing in second-tier cities rose by 4.9% and 3.4% year-on-year, respectively, an increase of 0.1 percentage points from the previous month.

The sales price of newly built commercial housing in third-tier cities rose by 3.9% year-on-year, the same rate as last month; the sales price of second-hand housing rose by 2.5% year-on-year, an increase of 0.2 percentage points from the previous month.
