Keidanren announced that it will cancel the regular press conference of Chairman Nakanishi scheduled for the afternoon of the 10th.
At Keidanren, Secretary-General Masakazu Kubota will hold a press conference from 3:30 pm on the 10th to explain in detail the reasons.
In July last year, Chairman Nakanishi was hospitalized again for recurrence of lymphoma, and while receiving medical treatment at the hospital, he attended government meetings online.
However, the regular press conference scheduled for the 19th of last month was canceled as "I am feeling ill due to the side effects of treatment".
