Yesterday, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 719 million dirhams.

According to the daily report of transactions, the department recorded 265 pledges at a value of 458.75 million dirhams, of which 24 pledges were made to lands valued at 77.58 million dirhams, and 241 pledges to apartments and villas amounted to 381.16 million dirhams, while mortgages recorded 247.53 million dirhams, while grants witnessed the recording of six grants worth 12.8 million dirhams.

The most important land sales came in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens, where there were three sales of nine million dirhams each.

The third “Habiya” led the regions in terms of the number of pledges, as it recorded 12 pledges at a value of 25 million dirhams, followed by the “Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens” by registering five sales of 39 million dirhams, and a third in the “Al Thanyah Fifth” by registering two sales of five million dirhams.

As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 17 million dirhams came in the "Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens", the most important of which was followed by a pledge of 14 million dirhams in the "Wadi Al-Safa 3" area, and finally, a pledge of 13 million dirhams in the area Dubai Marina.

"Al-Thanyah Al-Fifth" came to the fore in the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 37 pledges at a value of 27 million dirhams, followed by Al-Barsha South of the third with 24 sales of 11 million dirhams.
