The international freight transport company OVRSEA offers more full-time positions, the vast majority of which are permanent, to be filled now.

Arthur Barillas, co-founder and president of the start-up, was on Europe 1 on Wednesday to present these job offers, which do not require specific training or prior experience.

It is a start-up of barely four years old which seeks to establish itself as one of the European leaders in its sector.

Created in 2017, the start-up OVRSEA is specialized in the international transport of goods, with the ambition to switch all the operations and processes of this sector into the digital ecosystem, by offering real-time tracing of goods. merchandise.

The start-up addresses all types of transport: air, sea and road, working with more than 500 customers including Devialet, Nuxe, Yves Rocher, Palladium, Vinci, CowBoy electric bicycles, but also with Belgian brands, Swiss, Italian, Spanish and American.

Curious people more than experienced

Around 50 people are currently working at the company, which plans to hire "just over 40 people" by the end of the year, in order to support the start-up's strong growth.

These positions are, "for the most part", permanent contracts, with varied profiles, explains Arthur Barillas.

(sales), as well as people in operations, human resources and marketing (see box).

On the other hand, OVRSEA affirms not to seek training or particular experience among the interested profiles, but rather “qualities and know-how” with people “curious, passionate, demanding and benevolent”.

"We will try to assess people's curiosity, their ability to communicate energy, to solve problems", defends the entrepreneur, who boasts of the company's growth "three to four times a year".
