Sale of a villa in Palm Jumeirah for 27 million dirhams

The real estate of the wealthy in Dubai continued to shine in May. After the sale of a villa yesterday worth 20 million dirhams in Palm Jumeirah, another villa was sold today, worth 27 million dirhams.

In addition, real estate transactions today amounted to more than 488 million dirhams, as 206 pledges were recorded at a value of 342.23 million dirhams, including 26 sales of lands worth 71.22 million dirhams and 180 sales of apartments and villas worth 271.01 million dirhams.

The most important land sales with a value of 9 million dirhams came in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, followed by an 8 million dirham pledge in the Al-Nahda Al-Awal area, followed by a 7 million dirham pledge in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area.

The first Jebel Ali region topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, as it recorded 5 pledges of allegiance at a value of 2 million dirhams, followed by the third Al-Habiya area, with 5 pledges at a value of 9 million dirhams, and a third in Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens, by recording 4 pledges of 25 million dirhams.

As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 27 million dirhams came in the Palm Jumeirah area, the most important of which was followed by 12 million dirhams in the first Warsan area, and finally a sale of 8 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area.

Al-Jadaf region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 30 pledges at a value of 20 million dirhams, followed by the Dubai Marina with 25 pledges at a value of 53 million dirhams and a third in Al-Thanyah V by recording 16 pledges at a value of 16 million dirhams.

The mortgages recorded a value of 137.6 million dirhams, including 21 mortgages of lands worth 56.69 million dirhams and 52 mortgages for villas and apartments with a value of 80.92 million dirhams, the most important of which was in Al Thanyah Fifth District, with a value of 33 million dirhams, and another in the Nad Al-Sheba third area with a value of 9 million dirhams.

As for the grants, 9 donations were registered with a value of 9.02 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Dubai Marina, with a value of 3 million dirhams, and another in the Burj Khalifa area, with a value of 3 million dirhams.
