He explained during an inspection tour at the Al-Mushrif Commercial Center in Abu Dhabi, that the reasons for the violations of commercial establishments focused on conducting liquidations or sales, promotional campaigns, offers, or distribution of prizes, without permission, imposing additional fees on consumers, and failure to comply with the circulars, terms and controls issued by The Department, especially with regard to the precautionary measures to combat the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, and the sale, display, circulation and possession of products bearing a forged or imitated trademark, or unlawfully placed, with the intention of selling, knowing this, and offering and providing services under the trademark Forged, counterfeit, or used trade without any right knowing that.

He pointed out that the violations also included the exercise of additional activity without a license or without obtaining the necessary permit, failure to adhere to the terms and conditions established regarding the facility’s headquarters, the practice and storage of goods inside the facility, and the placement of goods inside the corridors and facades and outside the shop or inside residential real estate.
